Job Summary:


Under general direction of the Consumer Engagement Manager, the Consumer Engagement Advisor is the liaison between our company and its current and potential customer. This is a sales position.  The main function of this position is making warm and cold calls to potential borrowers daily, including delivering superior customer service in a timely manner from: Internet, direct mail campaigns, referrals or other special marketing campaigns. The Consumer Engagement Advisor is expected engage in a professional and courteous manner, while adhering to the company’s policies and procedures.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Call on current and potential clients to present/qualify PHM products and services;
  • Ability to communicate with consumer both in writing and verbally in a clear, professional manner;
  • Engage with these groups in a professional manner;
  • Initiate 65-75 outbound calls per day;
  • Seize opportunities to provide knowledge on various products that may compliment the product that the customer currently uses or is interested in;
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile;
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of experience
  • Professional and pleasant phone voice required
  • Competitive and driven- YOU ARE MOTIVATED BY MONEY & RECOGNITION
  • A self-starter that is able to operate independently
  • Good record keeping ability, good verbal and written communications skills
  • Inside telesales experience; a PLUS
  • Work well within a high energy team environment and be able to partner internally with other PHM Teams/Dept.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and be able to learn other computer software
